Product features
1. The energy consumption of the pulp leaf dryer is low. As a result of indirect heating, there is no large amount of air to carry away the heat, and the outer wall of the dryer is provided with an insulating layer. The 1kg water is only 1.2kg of steam to the pulp material.
2, Pulp dryer system cost is low: the unit effective volume has a huge heat transfer surface, generally can reach 80%-90%, shorten the processing time, equipment size smaller. Greatly reduce the construction area and building space.

Product use
Paddle dryer is a kind of low speed mixing dryer which is equipped with stirring paddle inside the equipment to make the wet material contact fully with the heat carrier and the hot surface under the agitation of the blade, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. The structure is usually horizontal, double shaft or four axis.
Working principle
The hollow shaft is densely arranged with wedge shaped hollow pulp leaves, and the heat medium flows through the hollow shaft through the pulp leaves. In the unit effective volume, the heat transfer area is large, and the thermal medium temperature from -40 DEG C to 320 DEG C can be water vapor or liquid type, such as hot water, heat conducting oil, etc.. Indirect conduction heating does not carry air to take away heat, and heat is used to heat the material. The heat loss is only the heat dissipation to the environment through the insulation layer of the apparatus. The wedge heat transfer surface has self-cleaning function. The relative movement between the material particles and the wedge surface creates a scrubbing action to remove the material attached to the wedge surface so as to maintain a clean heat transfer surface during operation. The shell of the paddle dryer is Omega type, and two to four hollow mixing shafts are arranged in the shell. The shell is provided with a sealed end cover and an upper cover to prevent the leakage of material dust and give full play to the function.
The heat transfer medium passes through the rotating joint and flows through the shell jacket and the hollow stirring shaft, and the hollow mixing shaft has different internal structure according to the type of the heat medium, so as to ensure the best heat transfer effect.

Pulp dryer has been successfully used in food, chemical, petrochemical, dyestuff, industrial sludge and other fields. The characteristics of heat transfer, cooling and agitation of the equipment enable it to complete the following unit operations: combustion (low temperature), cooling, drying (solvent recovery), heating (melting), reaction and sterilization. Meanwhile, the mixing blade is a heat transfer surface, so that the heat transfer area in the effective volume of the unit is increased, and the processing time is shortened. The heat transfer surface of wedge shaped paddle has self-cleaning function. Compression expansion mixing function, mixing material evenly. The material flows along the axial direction of the piston flow, and the temperature, humidity and mixing gradient of the material in the axial range are very small. Using a heat conducting oil as a hot medium pulp leaf dryer, low temperature combustion can be accomplished. For example, two water calcium sulfate (Ca2SO4. 2H2O) combustion is converted into hemihydrate calcium sulfate (Ca2SO4. 1/22H2O). Sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) is converted into Na2HCO3 by calcination. The cooling medium, such as water, cooling brine, can be used to cool. Such as: pulp soda cooler used in soda ash industry, instead of the old air cooling alkali cooling machine, it saves energy and tail gas treatment equipment, and reduces operating costs. Drying, the most important function of equipment, do not use hot air, so that solvent recovery, energy consumption, environmental control in an ideal state of easy treatment. Is especially suitable for the solvent to be recovered, flammable and oxidation heat sensitive materials. It has been widely used in fine chemical, petrochemical and dyestuff industries. The uniformity of temperature, humidity, and mixing within the axial range allows the equipment to be heated or melted, or subjected to some solid material reactions. It has been successfully used in compound fertilizer and modified starch industry. A pulp dryer can be used to sterilize food and flour. The large heating area of the unit effective volume quickly heats the material to the sterilization temperature, avoiding heating for a long time and changing the quality of the material.
