I made a 12 type of spin flash dryer for a Shandong paint industry, mainly used for drying materials recycling waste paint paint industry in order to better protect the environment, drying equipment specially installed, this is not a few in the paint industry to try to do so. It is the first domestic industry to install spin flash dryer for paint drying.

By the end of 2016 in Shandong through the Internet that I do paint drying equipment, communication by telephone that do drying experiment of waste paint, after our technical staff asked about the situation after invitation to visit our company site to do the experiment. After the experiment the ROBOM paint company saw very satisfied with experimental results. In the same month, we have custom-made a 12 spin flash dryer from our company. Now it has been put into production.

Working principle of flash dryer：

Hot air dryer tangent to bottom, forming a powerful rotating wind field under the driving of the stirrer, paste material into the dryer inside by the spiral feeder, in strong speed high speed rotating impeller, dispersed material impact, friction and shearing force, the bulk material quickly crushed, and hot air, full contact heating fast drying. Dry material after dehydration with hot air rises, grading ring will be big particle retention, small particles discharged from the center of the ring dryer, a cyclone separator and a dust collector recovery, dry or bulk materials by centrifugal force thrown to the wall to fall to the bottom again, grinding and drying.
